About our walking holidays on Menorca
Our Menorca walking holidays are made to be enjoyed, not endured. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends or on your own, you’ll discover gentle, scenic walks, delicious local food, excellent wines and genuine Menorcan hospitality.
With a charming and perfectly located hotel as your base, each day combines beautiful walking and island experiences with plenty of time to relax, unwind and enjoy the best of Menorca.
The walks
Our Menorca walks are typically around six miles and taken at a relaxed, enjoyable pace, giving you plenty of time to appreciate the scenery along the way. Many follow the island’s spectacular coastline, taking in turquoise coves, dramatic clifftop paths and wonderful sea views. Others lead through peaceful countryside, ancient trails and impressive limestone ravines, giving you a fantastic variety of landscapes and experiences throughout the week.
Every walk is personally guided by your holiday organisers and hosts, so you’ll have local knowledge and friendly support every step of the way. A backup vehicle accompanies the group each day, ready to provide a lift if needed and, in the unlikely event of an emergency, allowing us to respond quickly.
The vehicle also carries plenty of fresh drinking water, along with tea, coffee and biscuits – essential supplies for our halfway break, when we stop, enjoy a cuppa and take time to appreciate where we are.
Our holiday base
For our 2027 walking holiday, we’ll be staying at the delightful Hotel Patricia, ideally situated beside the harbour in the beautiful city of Ciutadella. Its central waterfront location means you’re just a short stroll from the city’s historic streets, shops, cafés and restaurants.
The hotel has a bright, contemporary feel and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, with free Wi-Fi available throughout. There’s also an outdoor swimming pool and a small gym, perfect for unwinding.
A delicious buffet breakfast is served each morning, with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of local Menorcan produce. Bedrooms are spacious, bright and comfortable, with parquet flooring and air conditioning – an ideal place to put your feet up after a day exploring the island on foot.
